wrong sort with colspan in TH

if a colspan is used in a TH, a click on a column after the column with the colspan is wrong (i guess sorttable use the col-n column data with a colspan=n)

I have made a modification on sorttable.js to deal with colspan attribute in TH, in fact it was trivial, so if someone is interested by the modification, tell me here

I have made a save state also by using cookie or localstorage...

but you can also add a non-visible th column for each colspan column, e.g. with display:none.
