Add ability to create specific IDE workspaces w pre-packaged run configurations.

• Eclipse:
  • Project workspace correctly configured for IDE
  • Task to generate run configuration to start the game through the IDE
• IDEA:
  • Project workspace correctly configured for IDE
  • Task to generate run configuration to start the game through the IDE
• VSCode:
  • Project workspace correctly configured for IDE
  • Task to generate run configuration to start the game through the IDE
