Support for HTTPS images?

Tried this to see if it'd work and if it's in an <img src> that suggests it's capable of supporting http for Windows, I guess not for Mac and LInux eh, then you'd have to detect?

Could there be a system to download to temp and cache then use it on mac and linux?

I should be able to sort this on Windows (it's a feature of BurntToast that I didn't bring over to this implementation)... for the other OS' may need an assist from the others.
