Release a version 0.3.7.1 or 0.3.8

Installing dopy using pip install dopy currently brings the version 0.3.7.

The letter a is usually used to mark a version as Alpha so 0.3.7a would be lower than 0.3.7 (even though it's released afterwards).

Ideally you should do a new release using 0.3.8.

When will the next release be? I'm working on adding tags support to the do ansible module but need the recently added tags support.
