Not considering relative paths from subimport

Hi. I am sorry that the Markdown package doesn't work for you. Sadly, I am not familiar with the package import and, more importantly, with your specific use case. Can you provide a minimal example document and describe what you would expect to happen and what actually happens when you compile the example document? Thanks!
