Remove references to InputProvider in API & Pattern Guidelines Docs

I noticed that there's guidance included in the Storybook API & pattern guidelines for making sure that all new components support an InputProvider. The link to the documentation on this provider is a 404 and I see that this utility was deprecated in #3468.

Expected Behavior

I'd expect references to InputProvider to be removed.
