Problems about PICO Neo3: Android Version Error

We are using UR7e for VLA. Previously, we applied Apple Vision Pro for teleoperation. Since Apple Vision Pro is expensive, I personally tried to switch to PICO because I bought a Neo3 for fun many years ago. However, when installing the XRoboToolkit, an error occurs: The adb tells me that the release version is 29 and XRoboToolkit requires 30. I suppose the Neo3, even updated to version 5.13.7, is still Android 10 rather than 11, which means the XRoboToolkit cannot be installed.

Can I use Neo3 to install the XRoboToolkit by updating it to Android 11 ? Or I need to apply for some other projects/funding for a new PICO 4 Ultra ?
