U45N: Cannot use QDMA subsystem 1

I have 2 U45N cards connected with QSFP28 100Gb cables and I found that after flashed shell into my cards and loaded ONIC driver into my system, I can use only QDMA subsystem 0 for establish a connection. When I switched to QDMA subsystem 1, I cannot establish connection between both cards (Noted that I set RS_FEC_ENABLED=0 for both QDMA 0 and QDMA 1 for ONIC driver).

Is it normal or is there any way to make QDMA subsystem 1 work? Thank you so much
