Fitting dominance matrix instead of genomic matrix with also genotypes data?

I wonder if I can fit the dominance matrix by using the kinship matrix by KAML() function? Can KAML make use of both gfile and kinship at the same time? If yes, is that way can calculate the dominance effect?

Hi Vu,

Thank you for trying KAML. The current version of KAML doesn't support dominance genetic effect, but we have a plan to achieve it in future.
