buy houses, instant purchase might take money from a bidder? #519

Got a private message on otland and figured I might as well add it here to keep track of it.
Hello, I propably found bug with houses,
I know about disabling houses buy ingame but I think there is small issue with auction/instant buy by points.
Now its like this, if somebody already auctioned house, money from bank is taken but in 24h timer somebody still can buy this house > instant by points.
I didn't check if auction cash comes back to auctioner but I think the button buy by points should dissapear when house is on auction.
Please let me know if its intentional or should I open issue on github?
