Config File in a Repository as `.dropfilter`

In a future version of DropFilter, we could have a feature to automatically organize a repository/project folder by creating a ".dropfilter" config file.

But for this, DropFilter should be an extension, scan every single directory for some config file, or simply setting up manually in a folder.
(this last option is the best one, I think...)
