Zabbix maintenance #3

Hi,
When I test this script I have the message : Failed to connect to Zabbix server: (u'Error -32602: Invalid params., Login name or password is incorrect.
This is my syntax what is wrong ?
./maint_zabbix.py --user=xxxxx --password=xxxxx --server=http://IP_adress/zabbix/ show --all
