Dropdown navigation sometimes does not open on click (requires multiple clicks)

Description

The top navigation dropdown (About, Community, Projects, Resources) occasionally
does not open when clicked. It sometimes takes multiple clicks (3–4 times)
before the menu opens.

Expected Behavior

Dropdown should open consistently with a single click.

Actual Behavior

Clicking the menu item does not always register, and the dropdown fails to open
until clicked multiple times.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Visit the homepage
2. Click on "About" (or any dropdown menu item)
3. Try multiple times, notice it sometimes does not open instantly

Impact

• Navigation becomes frustrating and unreliable
• Reduces usability for new users

Environment

• Browser: Chrome (latest)
• Device: Desktop (Windows)

Additional Notes

This is not related to hover feature suggestion — this seems like an actual
interaction bug.
