Port number not always included

The port number of the host is not always included when hashing. This creates issues for clients authenticating to some services that have instances running locally on non-default ports.

Looks like a gap in this implementation as the spec states
Host: The (lowercase) hostname, matching the HTTP "Host" request header field (including any port number)
under "String to Sign"
