[Feature Request] treat child vs adult mobs separately

[Feature Request] so mostly for passive mobs but the ability to highlight the young (sheep /cows/pigs) in a pen full of adults would be really useful

I'm working on it for 1.20.4. Do you need it for other versions, too?

Implementation is done for 1.20.4, 1.19.4, 1.18.2, 1.17.1 and 1.16.5 which includes all versions this project has ever supported.

I'll need to update the docs and try to reupload in the next days.
