Convert the project to stpe scrypt while implementing:

• AIP #61 AdEx v5: Unified precision (8) #342
• AIP #61 v5: Channel and Campaign #341

NOTE: add it as separate issue as convertng to ts itself is additiopnal effort but will pay out oin the long run
