some questions for editing and saving

Thank you for providing amazing tool. I have a question about using this tool.

1. I'd like to save it by time, not frames. Which part should I modify?

2. I want to increase the category, how do I get into the modified part? I can't find it.

1. The JSON exporting occurs in the saveMetadata function in client/src/AnnotationApp.js. However, other parts of the annotation that expect the exported json file that expects data in frames and not time will also get impacted (ex: the display of Start Frame and End Frame both in the Events Panel and the bottom panel).

Changing this functionality can be a bit complicated - one way to do it would be to keep segmentStart and segmentEnd in the state to be in frames format, and only changing the segment format in the variable metadata in saveMetadata. All code in the AnnotationApp.js accessing the segment property in the metadata would then have to be converted to frames using the secsToFrame function to be consistent.

2. The categories are stored in server/src/database.sqlite and can be edited by going to /admin (source code in client/src/AdminApp.js)
