Remove unnecessary activities

Each content page is its own activity. Could update this so that all content pages are a single activity with some configuration so that the right content displayed and the right statements were sent. Better for code reuse and readability.

After looking into this, I think the design of the app would need to be drastically changed to remove the specific activity classes for a general activity class.
