armhf temurin builds can't be installed on debian 13+ ubuntu 24.04+

install temurin debian packages on debian 13 armhf

Expected behaviour:

install works

Observed behaviour:

install fails due to t64 updates. libasound2 is not available on armhf releases and instead packages need to depend on libasound2t64 (an OR in the depends should work).

this affects all currently released packages, they all need to be re-packaged in a new version with an libasound2t64 | libasound2 and tested for functionality
