Improve Tooling Section

The tooling page could use some design improvements. Some suggestions:

• While the graphic is helpful to understand how things fit, it's not really the way people want to first be introduced to the tools. Instead we should provide a simple list of tools, possibly categorized: client generators, dev tooling, linters.
• Each tool should have it's own sub-page with more details such as getting started guide, usage instructions, demo, troubleshooting .
• We could have a separate section for community provided tools (I hope we have some soon!)

I think 1 and 3 are great! and lightweight changes. Would you be up for sending a PR for that? It's just markdown in https://github.com/aep-dev/aeps/blob/main/pages/general/tooling-and-ecosystem.md.

For 2- I think I agree, but that's a pretty big ask and may need to be broken down to per-tool issues. could we scope this issue to 1/3? For 2 - I think the ask would be to file an issue in each tool's repository so we can track. Or perhaps we can make a checklist here that we can tick off as PRs are sent in other repositories?

I agree on scoping for now. I think longer term some of the more important tools could use their own page, but that can be addressed separately.
