Some files don't adhere to naming standards

Some files have improperly capitalized names. We should ensure all file names adhere to our standards.

Note that this issue will probably need to be fixed on a Mac or Linux computer since Windows is not case sensitive and can sometimes refuse to update capitalization correctly in git commits.
