Thanks for clarification.

You can always draw on top of the chart. For example, put the chart and a Text inside one View, and set the Text's position to absolute. This way, you can place the Text anywhere on top of the chart.

<View>
  <Chart ... />
  <View style={styles.labelsOverlay}>
    <Text>{labels}</Text>
</View>

...

const styles = StyleSheet.create({
  labelsOverlay: {
    position: 'absolute',
    flex: 1,
    alignItems: 'center',
    justifyContent: 'center',
    paddingBottom: 10,
  }
})

This way, you're more in control of how you want to show your labels.
