Support for typesense search analytics

I’m trying to enable Typesense search analytics in my cluster. According to the TyKo docs, I can do this by setting the TYPESENSE_ENABLE_SEARCH_ANALYTICS environment variable through a ConfigMap. However, I don’t see a way to mount on volume to the analytics directory.

Hi @Ayo-Awe, at the time being this mount/volume is not supported by the operator, but I would be glad to implement it in the near future. I will create an issue (#166) and you can follow the progress there.
