Summary

This issue lists data management processes for AutSPACEs for reporting, ethics submission and other purposes.

• Google Forms Survey Data - collected via. Google Forms, downloaded onto computers, anonymised by a core researcher, uploaded onto GitHub
• Focus groups and co-working session data (online and in-person)- sessions are recorded, transcribed by a core researcher, anonymised, sent to participants so they can give updates, and then amended accordingly and uploaded onto GitHub
• User testing: notes are taken by a core researcher and they are uploaded on GitHub
• Google Docs: public docs where people can write their own notes and put their details if they wish for networking purposes (follow model of Turing Way). These are used during public meet-up sessions and may also be used for collaborative working and other events in the fututre.
• TinyLetter - email mailing list kept. via TinyLetter. Used to send out updates and invitations
• Emails - emails held in Turing Outlook address book of participants who have contact with researchers. Used to collaborate and to send updates and invitations
• GitHub: collaborators can set up a GitHub account which can but does not have to link to their real name. Contributions via. GitHub are public and associated with the user's account.
• Autistica Insight Group: we work with Autistica to recruit participants for focus group sessions. Autistica handles recruitment and payment.
