Failed Loading Plugin

Hi I Have A Problem In My Server, First I Say That is Running 1.7.2RO.3 And I Have Some Problems, Because I Put ArenaCTF Plugin ON, Plugins Folder, and I Put Battlearena.jar too. And InGame I Perform /help BattleArena, I Can See The Commands But When I Execute a Comand It Puts Plugin not Loaded Correctly :( I Need Help As Soon As Posible Sorry For My Caps LOL

Use a Pastie Service (like paste http://hastebin.com/ or http://pastebin.com/ ) and show us your full server log and show us some in-game screen shots of what you're doing.

Also, ArenaCTF is working for 1.7.2 so you must be doing something wrong.
