Support for multi-worlds

Awesome plugin!
But, we have a single server using quite some worlds (Multiverse).
Is it possible to add the ability to track the various stats on a per-world basis?

That way, we can make leaderboards for "deaths in hardcore" etc. and possibly excluding the mini-games world etc.
