Param use_tcp and mobilesim

Hi Allen,

I trying to run p2os_driver with mobilesim, but using the command

$ rosrun p2os_driver p2os_driver _use_tcp:=true

This error appeared:

Using RosAria I run with success, but with p2os don't. Could you help me?
