Command to export template files into `.php`

Working on my first Huron build 🏗️ ... What would be sweet is a command to export prototype html files into PHP w/o the Huron markup wrapping them, then there's less chance for error on the copypasta into new template files.

Something like...

• Copy components to template-parts/components
• Drop .json
• Drop -description
• Strip dom-module and template tags from files
• Rename file extensions to php

.... would be a time saver.

Other nice to haves...

• Convert recursive huron-data-id into ai template calls to the respective component
• Use description as PHP filedoc

A couple notes from our discussion about this:

• Research deprecating dom-module and template wrappers. We may no longer need them, as they were a holdover from our leveraging WebComponents in Huron <1.0
• Generate a ${template}-mappings.json file for converting specific handlebars vars to WP template tags, etc. Example:

• The first phase of this tool will be a scaffolder (one-time converter) from .hbs to .php (WP template). Down the line we should research continuous updates to the PHP templates as we change and build Handlebars templates.
