Client Crash on missing server toml values

Description of the problem

currently i see a client crash on connect if you miss this values on server toml on CDN configuration

new to the current server+client version, not present on the before versions

cdnHost
cdnHostFallback

If this 2 entries not exist on server toml with cdn config then the client crash on connect

sometimes instant after

[00:36:24] Connect host.tld 443
[00:36:24][Warning] CDN Host is neither specified nor available, trying to use CDN Host Fallback
[00:36:24][Warning] CDN Host Fallback is neither specified nor available, using default server host

sometimes it pass this point and crash after or inside resource mounting

[00:47:31] Mounted resource testa
[00:47:31] Game config data setup

Reproduction steps

create a basic server cdn build setup and don't fill this not as required marked values NOT inside the toml

Expected behaviour

no client crash on not fill this values on the server.toml
