Please restructure this very useful project as a Claude Code plugin!

Not only CC Plugin are easier to discover, install and configure, but they allow a synergy of all Claude Code tools.
For example if the user wants to delegate the orchestration of the kanban to an agent, it can use a SKILL to teach the AGENTS how to manage the kanban and how to assign different SUBAGENTS to each column (for example: plan agent, code writer agent, code tester agent, code reviewer agent, documenter agent, merge agent)!

Yes, it's worth considering, and I've thought about plugins and skills as they've been released. I use specific prompts-commands. Without proper context, LLMs sometimes struggle to do the right thing. I've optimized MCP server tools for ticket management to make them more intuitive for LLMs.

You've described a complex subagents solution. I wish I had it too. :D
At this stage, I would definitely implement commands, perhaps a skill.
As for subagents, I'm not sure if it's relevant, as they might be out of context.
I do have a ticket-subagent, but don't use it mach.

However, subagents could be reasonable for ticket creation, such as choosing the right ticket template and updating it (a common guide on column usage, start/stop/resolved, etc.).
