Suggestion - Add README Markdown file in Repo #29

Dear NE-Devs:
just some advise from another developer, maybe you should add an README Markdown file, in which you describe the project like you already did it on the Steam Workshop.
To be clear this only is a cosmetic but well appreciated feature to gain a better view on the project.
