Please provide a README.md with set-up instructions

I'd love to play around with your project, and, if I can, help out with development (however, I have no experience with Swift and Objective-C, so no promises).

I'm not sure how to run the development version; could you please include instructions in a README.md?

Hey, I'll add better instructions once I have some time, but the basic steps off the top of my head are:

1. Open the xcodeproj with Xcode.
2. Change the Bundle Identifier to something unique.
3. Change the Team to your own.
4. Press the Run (play) button.

I haven't had time to maintain this, but heads up I do have a few improvements sitting on my laptop that I need to commit and push soon.
