extraneous data in hostname

Why is \032guest\032wan showing up in the displayed hostname? I'm using 3.9.2 in Debian 13?

HostnameFetcher uses Regular DNS, Multicast DNS or NetBIOS for resolving of hostnames, in that order.
Where does guest wan names could be coming from? Do they appear for all hostnames in the network? Maybe this is something that mDNS returns in your network
