needed redist not mentioned anywhere

i just wanted to try this out on a relatively new windows, and i got an error that a dll was missing, which is cause this was not installed https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=40784 you should add a note somewhere, that tells people they need this for it to work.
