IPv6 disabled in code

Can you reliably reproduce the issue?

If so, please list the steps to reproduce below:

1. tried IPv6, received error
   2.looked in source code, is disabled

Expected behaviour

IPv6 connectivity should work, only Masternode I've ran that it doesn't

I hope team will consider enabling IPv6 on future build...
