Description
There is a note in GrantPermissionFrom() (or related file) that public/auth recipient buttons should not be an option for sharing externally owned notes because the grantPermission() function needs updating to add that capability. This needs to be fixed.
Why
So that as a app designer I can offer sharing externally owned resources to public/auth if appropriate to the app.
