Tensor drop down list of parsers is empty

Hello.
I've just installed Tensor on our instances of Scalar (2.6.9s), but the drop down list of parsers is empty in the "add an archive" window. The same issue occurs across all our instances. Any help is much appreciated!

Edit to add: just tried it on my raspberry pi dev 2.6.7 instance and it works fine there. Puzzling.
