Sorry for late reply here of test results,

been using it since last version and it's a lot more stable now. In fact, to the point where you don't realize that traffic is encrypted and flowing through several nodes and it just "automagically" reconnects at reboot if the setting for it is on. It's unconsciously a part of the test phones daily use now :)

Fix for 1 + 3 will be contained in next build! Please verify!

Regarding the reported issues:

Refresh button does nothing

True, there's no UI feedback whatsoever. Seemed to be some weird build issue. Works, after I did a full clean and rebuild. Weird. While looking at that specific code, also updated to latest version from Orbot.

Doesn't show a 'Disconnect' button when connected

Well, it also doesn't show a "connect" button, when not connected. Sorry, this is what I got from the designer and which was approved. 🤷

understood, I wasn't a part of that design work, so consider it an opinion of mine that I think it could visually show that the gray logo is a clickable button for connecting to the network when it says "Ready to connect", specifically when seeing it for the first time, after that, disconnecting is quite intuitive after the user has figured out that it is a button.

(keep in mind that I click everything regardless in a test, this is just trying to think from a perspective of a non tech-savvy or not instinctively curious user)

Connect timer when toggling apps, backgrounding or opening settings

Oh. You mean it resets when it shouldn't just because the user moves around in the app? I'll fix that.

it seems to be fixed now when moving around inside the app, however, when backing out off the app to home screen with the "back" button, and returning to it, the timer is reset to 00:00
