Hi, i'm trying to build pxf from source on main branch

What happened

My build fails when i'm not using https://github.com/apache/cloudberry-pxf/compare/REL_1_STABLE

I'm sorry, it looks like it is only make rpm that is failing.

I managed to reproduce it in github actions[1], however I cannot reproduce it locally or on fresher versions of PXF [2].
