How to reproduce

When I open VScode with Language Server for Java by Apache NetBeans extension, in output there is the Warning.

Thanks for the report. Work to replace use of this in NetBeans is underway. At the moment, it doesn't affect NetBeans usage, just provides an annoyance in output. Will leave this open for reference.

the SecurityManager warning should now no longer occur after #7928 (NB26+)

The warning might sound scary but is generally harmless from the users perspective - it was just about a deprecated feature.
