Apparenly unused "index-dependency" config in application.properties

Describe the bug

runtime/defaults/src/main/resources/application.properties has a few properties like quarkus.index-dependency.*.group-id=***.

The need to these settings is not certain. A quick local build without them did not uncover any particular problems.

This issue it for deeper investigation whether these settings are really required, and for removing them if they are not.

This property is not meaningless and prevents unnecessary log output from Quarkus, especially during tests:

Unable to properly register the hierarchy of the following classes for reflection as they are not in the Jandex index:
...
Consider adding them to the index either by creating a Jandex index for your dependency via the Maven plugin, an empty META-INF/beans.xml or quarkus.index-dependency properties.

@snazy : could you add some how-to notes about reproducing the message you mentioned? I was not able to find it in my local tests 🤷 thx!

It happens during quarkus-build steps, likely more visible when running tests from the command line.

Should we just have a PR to add these properties in then? So far I see these lines added in a few other PR's that don't seem obviously related?

I'm still investigating. Build-time warnings appear to be hidden due to log settings.

Update: some of the indexing properties are definitely advised by Quarkus. However, Quarkus warnings do not show up in the main runtime/server build... I'm still in investigating why the warnings are not visible. I was definitely able to see them in debugger (if I comment out the indexing properties).

Here's what I found works as far as enabling index dependency warnings to be printed during build:

$ ./gradlew :polaris-server:quarkusAppPartsBuild --rerun --no-build-cache --no-daemon \
  -Dlog4j2.level=WARN \
  -Dorg.gradle.debug=true

.. then attach a java debugger on port 5005 (no break points necessary) to allow the build to proceed.

Index dependency warnings (if any) will be printed to STDOUT.

Note: the debug option is somehow necessary for the Log4j level to become effective.
