Incomplete upload of artifacts to Github Release

Describe the bug

As part of the 1.3.0-incubating release, artifacts were attached to the associated Github Release. But there are a couple of things that could be improved:

1. The naming pattern is not very clear, as:
   • apache-polaris-1.3.0-incubating.tar.gz is the source tarball
   • polaris-1.3.0-incubating.tgz is the Helm Chart
   • polaris-bin-1.3.0-incubating.tgz is the tar binary package
2. Although the signature and checksum for the zip binary package are included, the zip binary package itself is missing

What would be the best option to improve (1)? Should we rename the files or to simply explain the current naming pattern as part of the Release description?

I'm not sure the source artifact needs to be added as a GitHub release artifact, because you can pull from the Git tag itself.
Edit: GH automatically attaches links to archives containing the source tree.

But overall, I agree, the naming of the artifacts could be improved, at least for the GitHub release artifacts.
