Could not run Ubuntu image

In the Dockerfile, I like to build Ubuntu which seemed to build quicker compare to Docker, but I could not get it to run, no error were shown and not even in the container ls despite container run --name ubuntu --detach --rm ubuntu-dev.

Manage to get into the bash shell, but the Ubuntu setup seemed to be incomplete and /etc/hosts is empty, unable to start my Astro project with NodeJS. I'm assuming it's the containization limit for Sequoia and working on Tahoe?
