Please describe what you would like to see in this project
Currently if a workflow includes multiple instances of the same plugin as separate steps, this could result in the deployer attempting to perform simultaneous downloads and builds of the same plugin to the same local storage location. This should be enhanced to support the parallelization of the same plugin and avoid the race condition.
