Shouldn't this be using a reusable workflow, rather than creating yet another copy of this workflow? (It would be easy to specify the image name as an input....)
That way, we would have all of the versioned actions (like checkout and upload-artifact) in one place, so when the Renovate bot comes knocking, we get only one PR....
(I'm not asking you to convert all the existing plug-ins...I'm just asking that we not create one more to be converted...thanks!)
