Browser extension doesn't open when viewing PDFs

Steps to replicate

• Click any link that opens as a PDF in the browser
• Try to click the extension button to save the URL/PDF

Expected result

It should open and save the PDF file like it would for a normal page or an image file.

Actual result

Nothing happens.
