Default keys are not suitable for Windows

In particular, the following assignments are problematic:

• Fire Secondary = CMD (maps to Windows key, not usable)
• Select Friend = Numpad Clear (doesn’t exist, replaced by Num Lock)
• Select Foe = Numpad Equal (doesn’t exist at all)
• Scale to Hostile = Help (doesn’t exist, replaced by Insert)

Realistically, lots of people aren’t going to be playing with a 100% keyboard and will need to rebind keys anyway. But assuming that they are, the following minimal-ish reassignments might make sense:

• Fire Secondary = Ctrl (takes place of Order to Go for anti-ghosting reasons)
• Order to Go = Z
• Select Friend = Forward Delete
• Select Foe = End
• Select Base = Page Down (keeping the 3-key Select cluster intact)
• Scale to Hostile = Insert

Just as bad for Linux it should be said....

As a workaround a way should be found to manually rebind in a human readable textfile or something.
