RFC: Align Watch Action Documentation with Implementation

Problem

The wiki documents different syntax than what's actually implemented.

Source	Syntax
Wiki (Reference-Actions.md:858)	<Watch> the <directory: "./uploads"> as <file-monitor>.
ARO-0023 proposal	<Watch> the <file-monitor> for the <directory> with ".".
All working examples	<Watch> the <file-monitor> for the <directory> with ".".

Issue

• The wiki documents as preposition
• ARO-0023 and all examples use for...with
• No working code uses the wiki syntax

This violates the source of truth priority (Proposals > Code > Documentation).

Evidence

From Examples/FileWatcher/main.aro:7:

<Watch> the <file-monitor> for the <directory> with ".".

From wiki/Reference-Actions.md:858:

<Watch> the <directory: "./uploads"> as <file-monitor>.

Proposed Solution

Update wiki to match ARO-0023 proposal and working examples:

• Remove as from valid prepositions
• Document for...with as the correct pattern
• Update examples in wiki

Update: Watch action has been removed

This discussion is now outdated. PR #71 (merged) standardized service startup patterns:

Breaking Change: The Watch action has been removed and merged into Start.

New Syntax

(* Old syntax - no longer works *)
<Watch> the <file-monitor> for the <directory> with ".".

(* New syntax *)
<Start> the <file-monitor> with ".".
<Start> the <file-monitor> with { directory: "./data" }.

All services now use the unified <Start> the <service> with <config>. pattern:

• <Start> the <http-server> with <contract>.
• <Start> the <socket-server> with { port: 9000 }.
• ` the with ".".
