RFC: Document Split Action in Wiki

Problem

The Split action (ARO-0037) is implemented and has working examples, but is missing from wiki documentation.

Proposed Solution

Update wiki/Reference-Actions.md:

1. Add Split action documentation section
2. Add all ARO-0036/0037 actions to summary table
3. Ensure consistency with proposal specifications

Splits a string into an array using a regex delimiter.

**Syntax**:
`<Split> the <result> from the <string> by /pattern/flags.`

**Parameters**:
- `result`: Variable to store the resulting array
- `string`: Source string to split
- `pattern`: Regex pattern for delimiter
- `flags`: Optional regex flags (i, m, s)

Documentation-only change. No code changes required.
