Light theme

Would it be possible for ART to implement this RawTherapee/RawTherapee#7219 from upstream? Seems like that effort has stalled.

My motivations are similar to the linked, a light theme would be nice for accessibility.

Did you try changing the colours of the default theme? It's not perfect but it should work (after a restart to update the icons)
